אנשי ענף היין בארץ התכנסו באולם האירועים של מלון קראון פלזה בירושלים לערב חגיגי במיוחד בו הוענקו המדליות לזוכים בתחרות הבינלאומית החשובה לענף – טרהוינו 2011- שבהפקת איש הענבים. בקרוב נביא באתר סקירות בווידאו, במלל ובתמונות מהערב החגיגי.
השנה השתתפו בתחרות 706 דוגמאות יין וכהלים, מ-30 מדינות שונות. 40% מהדוגמאות הגיעו מישראל.
יקבי ברקן, זכו בתואר היינן הטוב בתחרות וכן "היין הישראלי הטוב בתחרות" עבור ברקן סופיריור פינוטאז' 2007 עם מדליית דאבל גולד.
השנה זכו בסה"כ 16 יינות במדליית דאבל גולד, מתוכם 6 יינות ישראלים בלבד. בין 6 היינות הללו: 2 יינות של יקב אלכסנדר (מרלו רזרב 2008 וקב"ס רזרב 2008) ו-2 יינות של יקב אדיר (פלאטו 2009, ו-TBR 2008). שני יקבים אלו זכו במשותף בתואר יקב הבוטיק הישראלי הטוב בתחרות (עבור יקבים המייצרים בין 10,000 ל-100,000 בקבוקים בשנה).
כמו כן, זכה גם קב"ס 2007 של יקב שושנה במדליית דאבל גולד בתחרות ובתואר יין יקב הבוטיק הישראלי הקטן הטוב בתחרות (עבור יינות מיקבים המייצרים עד 10,000 בקבוקים בשנה).
יקבי ישראל זכו ב-23 מדליות זהב.
נאומי פתיחת טקס הכרזת הזוכים בתחרות
היין הטוב בתחרות ( Grand Champion Trophy) הוא סוביניון אייסווין 2010 של יקב Vinařství Čech s.r.o מצ'כיה.
בקטגוריית הכהלים זכו 3 מוצרים ישראלים במדליית זהב כפול: ערק 45 של ערק קוועאר, ערק הנמל 40 של חברת בנימינה ספיריט, וקינוח רימונים של חברת טעמי הגליל
בפרס הוודקה הטובה בתחרות, זכתה הוודקה נמירוף דליקאט המיובאת לישראל על ידי חברת המגש שקד.
הברנדי הטוב בתחרות הוא Dupuy Cognac VSOP המיובא לישראל על ידי חברת ג'סמין ספיריט.
הכרזת הזוכים בתחרות
TERRAVINO נערכת בישראל החל משנת 2006. השנה אנו מציינים צמיחה של כ-75% במספר הדוגמאות מאז השנה הראשונה, ועלייה מרשימה מ-16 מדינות שהשתתפו בשנה הראשונה עד ל-30 מדינות שהשתתפו השנה.
